This website is operated by Meritus Management LLC, doing business as North Peak Digital, based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, United States. Northpeak Digital is the name shown throughout this website. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to the site operator. These terms describe the conditions for accessing this website and contacting us through it. If you do not agree with them, please stop using the website.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information relating to website visits and inquiries is handled.

Service descriptions, examples, and calls to action on this website are invitations to discuss a possible project. Submitting an inquiry, receiving a reply, or discussing an idea does not guarantee that we will accept a project or create a paid service contract.

Before paid work begins, the parties should sign or otherwise agree to a separate written proposal or client agreement that covers the actual services, deliverables, responsibilities, schedule, fees, payment, revisions, approvals, intellectual property, and any ongoing support. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms on a project matter, the separate agreement controls that matter. Do not treat this page as a substitute for a project contract.

You may browse the site and contact us for lawful business purposes. Please do not interfere with the site or other visitors, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, collect information through abusive automated requests, impersonate someone else, or use the site to violate another person's rights or applicable law. We may restrict access if needed to protect the site or respond to misuse, subject to applicable law.

The site's writing, design, layout, brand elements, and other original materials belong to Northpeak Digital or its licensors, except where stated otherwise. Photographs, typefaces, and other third-party materials may be used under their own licenses. You may view the site and keep a copy for your personal reference. You may not republish, sell, or present our content or brand as your own without permission or a legal right to do so.

Nothing here transfers ownership of work that might later be created for a client. Ownership and usage rights for a paid project must be stated in its separate written agreement.

The project form sends the details you enter through FormSubmit to our email inbox when you press Send. You can also email us directly. If you contact us, please provide accurate contact information and only share text or materials you are entitled to share. You retain ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to read, store, and use it as reasonably needed to respond, evaluate a possible project, and prepare a proposal, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, confidential third-party information, or sensitive personal data in an initial inquiry. If a project requires confidential materials, we can agree on an appropriate process separately. An unsolicited inquiry does not, by itself, create a confidential, fiduciary, or client relationship.

This site may link to third-party websites or services for reference or convenience. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Review their terms and notices before using them. A link does not necessarily mean we endorse that third party.

We aim to keep the site useful and accurate, but descriptions, features, and availability can change. We may correct errors, update content, or temporarily take the site offline. Website content is general information and is not a promise about a specific project's results, timing, or price. The service finder API offers an automated starting recommendation based on the choices provided; it does not create a booking, proposal, or quote. Please confirm project details with us in writing before relying on them.

Changes and severability

We may revise these website terms as the site changes. The revised terms will be posted here with a new date and apply going forward. They do not silently change an existing signed project agreement. If a provision of these website terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.
